Prom season is HERE and we love seeing our high school friends in their glittering, gorgeous frocks! We love extending the life of your prom dress by bringing it to your senior portrait session. 2013 seniors, before you have your dress cleaned and stored away never to be seen again, bring it in this summer for your senior session! We love photographing you in your formal gear in unexpected locations, from a field to a dumpster lined alley, to the basketball court. Want a completely different look than you had for prom? Trade dresses with your best friend and wear hers to your session! Either way, have your parents call or email us asap to get on the books for your session! 217-787-9070 studio@sarahpetty.com
It’s been a BIG week for Sarah Petty Photography with the ground breaking of the new building, AND for our educational company The Joy of Marketing. Sarah Petty and business partner at TJOM Erin Verbeck have released their business and marketing book, Worth Every Penny. The book has debuted to rave reviews and has been enjoying top ten rankings on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.com. We love helping small business owners succeed and that is what this book is all about. The small business experience is hard for any big box store to beat!
Yesterday was a big day for Sarah Petty Photography and JH Petty and Assoc.! The official groundbreaking was held at the site of our new building, located here in Springfield IL. I had the pleasure of meeting some inspirational leaders and I hope, life long friends recently in an event in California. Dr. Ken Druck and Lisette Omoss were sitting across from me at a dinner party in honor of the foundation started in honor of Druck’s daughter, Jenna. Jenna was killed in a tragic bus accident at 21 while studying in India in 1996. The Jenna Druck Center is a community that transforms lives of so many teens and families. I can’t even say enough about how inspired I was with what they are doing. They sent me home with shirts for my girls and I wanted to celebrate our new friendship and Jenna by creating some happy images. I hope you enjoy.
